“I read The Voiceless last night and was extremely impressed with your work. Very enjoyable and rates a couple of rereads, at least. Just wanted you to know that you are a fantastic writer.”

“From the very first line I was drawn into the story. I had to read that line twice, wondering if I read it correctly, because it’s a sad and mysterious statement. I had to keep reading to find out the story behind that first line. As the story progresses, you begin to understand the circumstances of the main character and what led him to his sad state of affairs. I just wanted to give him a hug and tell him “don’t do it!!”. …. but of course, he DOES it. Without giving spoilers, I can’t tell you what he does. I can tell you that by the middle of the story, we start to see a world that is common place to us but confusing and mystifying to the main character. I appreciated that turn of events — what is common place to the main character is new and curious to me; but what is common place to me, becomes new and unusual to the main character. The end of the story has a beautiful message. It’s a message that we should all consider, especially since certain aspects of this futuristic world really aren’t all that different from the world in which we live.”

“Fantastic story. The author created not one, but two, opposing futuristic worlds without diminishing the humanity of either. I will read more than once. Very impressive.”
